StudioPlus Version 2007 - The Wait is Over!

Portrait workflow has been taken to the next level now that StudioPlus is fully integrated with Phase One's award-winning Capture One Software. StudioPlus 2007 gives you the greatest control over your workflow with digital workflow options and new ways to increase your sales while Capture One allows you to have complete control over your RAW files.

Simply put, StudioPlus is the only all-in-one software system that combines a total digital workflow with a complete set of business management tools. Developed in conjunction with photographers, StudioPlus uniquely addresses the business of running a professional photography studio—from scheduling, marketing, order tracking, invoicing, and maintaining your client database, to capturing, sales presentations, composite templates, output, and archiving.

RAW Workflow

Every RAW workflow is time consuming and eats up your hard drive space. UsingStudioPlus' new RAW workflow with Phase One's Capture One eliminates costly and time consuming tasks. Using the Capture One RAW conversion engine, StudioPlus creates jpgs when you need them: low-res images for sales presentations, images that need to be retouched and ordered images. Now there is no need to create a hi-res jpg or tiff for every RAW file - just those your client orders.

Image Render

Take the final step in your digital work and render out images from StudioPlus. The Image Render feature will allow you to create web-ready images, images for proofs, or render final images to print by linking to Capture One. StudioPlus takes the crop, colorization order information and produces a final set of images to print from your RAW file, saving you hours of work. Image Render even allows you to create a final Composite image for printing or multiple image files for each layer.

Image Composites

The new Composite feature will allow you to create endless composites to show and sell to your customers. This includes everything from holiday cards, invitations, multi-image wall portraits, album pages, memory mates, to baseball cards. Using a simple PNG file overlay, you can create a composite image with or without frames as easily as creating a layer in Adobe Photoshop.

Retouching Workflow

Keeping track of retouched images can be difficult. StudioPlus now enables you to easily track your retouched images with the new Retouched folder. When you click "Edit" StudioPlus will automatically convert your RAW images or copy your hi-res images into the Retouched folder and then open that image in Adobe Photoshop for retouching.
