Making a Puchase:

DT uses Paypal for our online transactions. Please note that you can still pay by credit card even If you do not have a Paypal account. The DT site will direct you to Paypal to pay for your purchase and you can click the link that says "Don't have a Paypal Account" and use your credit card as a guest. If you have any questions, please contact orders@digitaltransitions.com.

Return Policy:

Please note that there are no returns on the following items: software, cables, cords, and batteries.

Any cancellation after item is shipped is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping & Availability:

DT ships accessory purchases to the U.S. only. If you would like to purchase another item and are not located in the United States, please contact us for shipping costs.

Orders received after 2pm will not be shipped or available for pick up until the following day. We will email you as soon as it has shipped or is available for pick up.

All items that have a "Check Availability" link may not be in stock. Please click the link and our Orders Department will contact you with the date the product will be available.
