DT Rental Requirements

A digital back must be included in the rental.
Client must arrange for pick up and drop off of equipment.
Please reserve equipment in advance to ensure availability.
Proof of insurance is required on all rentals. A standard certificate naming Digital Transitions Inc. as loss payee and additional insurance must be submitted and approved by Digital Transitions prior to pickup and checkout of rental. Should you have any questions regarding insurance, we will be happy to assist you.
If you are in New York or Texas, we will need to keep your tax ID on file.
Please ensure that your personal equipment is covered under an insurance policy. Digital Transitions will not accept responsibility for non-owned equipment.
The Digital Transitions Rental Contract must be reviewed and signed. This contract explains all terms and conditions in detail.
