The Phase One 645DF camera is designed to be a seamless extension of your creativity. Extraordinary capture becomes natural through ease of use and direct control.The mirror and viewfinder of the Phase One 645DF camera are almost three times larger than those of 35mm cameras, providing much greater control of focus and composition.
The Phase One 645DF camera body supports more digital back interfaces including the IQ and P+ series digital backs as well as 3rd party digital backs from Hasselblad, Leaf and others.
The 645DF camera offers the most versatile shutter speeds in the market, ranging from 1/4000s to 60 minutes.

Phase One's open platform philosophy gives photographers the freedom to always choose the right equipment for the job. The Phase One 645DF camera system easily matches integrated DSLR and medium format camera solutions while still being completely modular.
Use for example your Phase One digital back with a technical camera or lenses from Hasselblad V-series, Pentacon and others via a multi mount adapter. Or use another digital back brand on the Phase One camera body. The choice is yours!

V-Grip Air Vertical Grip
The Phase One V-Grip Air is designed for perfect integration with the Phase One 645DF camera.
The V-Grip Air excels with all shooting control buttons replicated in exact same positions as on the camera body but in vertical position. Even if custom functions are used to change functions of buttons, these settings will replicate in exact same way on the vertical grip.
Improved Ergonomics
Shooting portrait, the V-Grip Air excels with all the familiar shooting control buttons and dials from the Phase One 645DF camera body for improved handling and comfort.
The leather hand strap gives extra support to the wrist making it easier to hold your camera in a steady position.
Air Flash Trigger
The V-Grip Air features a built in Profoto Air flash trigger. This means that you can trigger your flash equipment remotely without any use of cables.
All Profoto Air equipped generators are directly supported. Other flash brands are supported with the Profoto Air Transceiver installed in the flash jack socket. Profoto Air system supports up to 1/1600s wireless flash synchronization.
Li-Ion Batteries
The V-Grip Air is conveniently powered by the standard digital back rechargeable Li-Ion batteries. Phase One, Leaf, and Mamiya batteries will all fit in the V-Grip Air battery compartment.
Optionally, you can install standard AA batteries for use as a backup solution.
Tripod Mount
The integrated L-bracket ensures that th ecamera can be mounted in both portrait and landscape positions, useing Arca Swiss Quick Lock systems.
