Rental Requirements
- Please reserve equipment in advance to ensure availability.
- Proof of insurance is required on all rentals. A standard certificate naming Digital Transitions Inc. as loss payee and additional insurance must be submitted and approved by Digital Transitions prior to pickup and checkout of rental. Should you have any questions regarding insurance, we will be happy to assist you.
- If you are in New York State, we will need to keep your tax ID on file.
- Please ensure that your personal equipment is covered under an insurance policy. Digital Transitions will not accept responsibility for non-owned equipment.
- The Digital Transitions Rental Contract must be reviewed and signed. This contract explains all terms and conditions in detail.

You may fax your Tax ID number (if you are in New York State) as well as an initialed and signed copy of the rental contract to 212-504-2713.
