Phase One has found a number of issues with Capture One 3.7.8 for Mac, especially when running on Mac OS X 10.5. Therefore, this Mac only service release is now available.

Capture One 3.7.9 DB for Mac

Capture One DB is a RAW Workflow software designed for the professional digital photographer. Capture One DB is a special version of Capture One, which only works with Phase One digital back files. Capture One DB cannot be purchased. It ships for free with Phase One digital backs. Capture One DB offers you the same features as in Capture One PRO aside from Camera (RAW files and tethered) support.

• Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher including Leopard (10.4.8 or higher required to run Capture One with Live Preview)
• 512 MB of RAM or more (1 GB or more recommended when used with Phase One Pbacks)

Phase One has found a number of issues with Capture One 3.7.8 for Mac, especially when running on Mac OS X 10.5.

Therefore, a Mac only service release is now available. The main issues that are resolved with 3.7.9 (PRO) are:

• Occasional black lines running Leopard (10.5.x)
• Load problem for certain Nikon D3, D300 files
• Canon 1DMKIII 4 pixel offset
• Highlight Tone Priority for Canon 1DMkIII, Canon 40D
• Default capture format is now IIQ Large
• Occasional black lines running Leopard (10.5.x)

• Pentium III or faster
